Coronavirus update

30 March 2020

At YWAM Wollongong we continue to respond as quickly as possible to the ongoing recommendations from our state and federal governments in the fight to stop the spread of COVID-19. Our community life has changed significantly over this last week as the majority of our students have traveled to their home countries to be with family at this time.

Our staff and remaining students on the main campus have implemented strict cleaning protocols each day. Both they and our staff residing off-site staff are minimising outside travel and practicising social distancing. Our Mobilization and Registrar teams are focused on timely communication with future students enrolled or interested in our July & September training. They are happy to answer any questions you may have.

This season has presented us with some new opportunities for engagement with our local community where there is significant need to serve the elderly. We are also continuing to focus our prayer for the nations—that the good news of Jesus would be made known in creative ways in all communities across the globe. Please feel free to join us on Facebook and Instagram to follow along with our weekly intercession focus.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support.

Every blessing,

Bruce & Kristin Skinner
